ABOUT

Kelsey is a registered dietitian nutritionist who has over 9 years of experience working in the nutrition field and has provided individualized nutrition counseling for the last 5+ years. She approaches her sessions with curiosity and believes that each person is the expert of their own body. Her role is to offer you options and resources to explore that will help you to achieve your unique health goals.

Kelsey is a certified intuitive eating counselor with extensive training in disordered eating, body attunement, and helping her clients get to the root of their concerns. She has completed over 200 hours of continuing education to better support her clients unique needs.

Schedule an initial visit

During your initial visit I will ask lots of questions to get a big picture of what is going on for you. Together, we will make a plan for how you'd like to work towards your goals.

Commit to regular follow up visits

This is where the work begins. I typically see clients every 1-3 weeks to start. We will decide together what cadence will work best for you. The nutrition counseling process takes time, I usually work with my clients for 6-12+ months.
